ONE ON ONE LIFE Coaching

For coaching to be successful every decision, change, goal or action taken has to begin with the individual.

A Coach does not make decisions for you, but assists you in making them yourself as you set your own goals and compile a plan to achieve those targets.

Over a period of three to four months, during the course of eight to twelve sessions of one on one coaching, you will gain knowledge about yourself and see yourself as others see you, discovering your strengths and weaknesses and the skills on how to deal with them. Every area of your life is addressed and you will be coached in line with your personal character and life to literally emerge from the cocoon of the old ‘you’ into a fresh, new outlook and way of living your life.

The outcome will enhance and advance development in both your personal life and your career.

Some areas that may be addressed could be:

  • Discontentment
  • Communication problems
  • Lack of direction or vision
  • Attitude & motivation
  • Integrity & commitment
  • Paradigms & shifts

One on One EXECUTIVE Coaching

For Executives and / or budding Executives, we offer solution focused brief therapy to address areas of minimal strength or requiring a shift in attitude, opening the way for an outcome based impact on both the individual being coached and their respective work environment.

Stress points are identified and the relative strategy to deal with these effectively as well as learning to eliminate some altogether. Sessions are tailor-made around an individual’s needs resulting in increased and effective performance in the workplace and interaction with colleagues.

What do clients say?

Although initially sceptical, I now firmly believe that everybody can benefit from Life Coaching. The coaching principles can be applied to any aspects of life, be they business, sport, personal goals, marriage or general interpersonal skills.

Life Coaching is not ‘counselling’ – it is a structured methodology that provides a sounding board for one’s own ideas and thoughts, providing the mechanism for coming to the obvious conclusions that have been evading you.
